UPDATE: Surrey RCMP Constable Richard Wright advised Thursday night that Nikita Joseph “has been located and is safe.”
Surrey Mounties are asking for the public’s help to locate Nikita Joseph, a 13-year-old Aboriginal girl who was last seen on Wednesday afternoon.
Staff Sergeant Joe Johal said she was last seen at 3 p.m. on Jan. 22, in the 6400-block of 121st Street in Newton. “She has not been seen or heard from since.”
This is not the first time the girl has been the subject of a missing persons bulletin.
