Good Samaritan turns over tens of thousands of cancelled stamps

The Abbotsford Police Department is hoping to find the owner of tens of thousands of cancelled stamps that were found hidden away in a bush in central Abbotsford.

Sgt. Judy Bird said a Good Samaritan found the large collection and turned it in to police.

She said the stamps have been carefully separated into sections and are packaged and labelled.

Anyone who owns the stamps, or knows who does, is asked to contact jbird@abbypd.ca.
