A man has been arrested after a series of break-ins at Correlieu Secondary School.

The first break-in was reported by the school to the Quesnel RCMP on Dec. 11, and in that instance, a computer was stolen.

The second break-in occurred on Dec. 19, and during this incident, more than $1,800 of camera equipment was stolen.

The third break-in took place on Dec. 20. Nothing was stolen; however, damage was done to school property, according to a press release from police.

His name is not being released at this time. The investigations into the break and enters are ongoing, and the officers are working diligently to hold those responsible accountable.”

The police urge anyone who has information regarding these break and enters to call the Quesnel RCMP at 250-992-9211 or to contact CrimeStoppers at 1-800-222-8477.
