There was more than 100 people at City Park Saturday for the Boundary Relay for Life. The participants marched around the field as they remembered those lost and were thankful for those who have survived.
There were plenty of events going on as well such as the Survivor’s Lap, the head shaving of reporter Craig Lindsay, great music from local acts such as Jonah Rocks, Mad Dog 20/20, Crows Nest and more, and the Luminaries Ceremony.
The top fundraising team was the Rolling Loans from GFCU who raised almost $3,700. The top fundraiser was Lindsay who raised more than $900. In all there were 10 teams participating and more than 100 people.
