A renovation project won’t disrupt Western Canada’s largest craft fair.
City of Vernon officials insist they are taking measures to ensure thousands of people can access Creative Chaos from Friday to Sunday although upgrades are underway at the Vernon Recreation Complex.
“While all of the renovation work will not be completed prior to this year’s Creative Chaos, we will be displaying some additional signage and attendees will be able to find their way to all of the fantastic vendors during the event”, said Doug Ross, director of recreation services.
The renovation project involves the back hallway and west entrance doors.
Creative Chaos attendees will be able to access the facility on the west side through other entrances into the Dogwood Gym and the auditorium.
The public can also access vendor booths, the food court and the children’s craft area through the newly renovated front entrance.
