Compact snow has been reported on Highway 5 between McMurphy Station Road and Maple Street for 58.1 km (Blue River to 17 km south of Avola). Drivers should watch for slippery sections.
Compact snow has also been seen on Highway 5 between Maple Street and Albreda Access Road for 61.8 km (Blue River to 6 km south of Albreda). Watch for slippery sections in this area as well.
Motorists should also be advised of tree pruning that’s planned between Allen-Meeker Road and Thuya Creek Road for 4.6 km (5 to 10 km south of Little Fort). The pruning is scheduled to start March 15 at 8:30 a.m. until 4:30 p.m. Single lane alternating traffic will be in effect.
