There was a big turnout in downtown Grand Forks parade on Friday night. People of all ages lined the streets as about a dozen floats weaved their way through the roads. Santa himself was on the Boundary Family Services float.
After the parade, pretty much everyone made their way to Gyro Park where the new mayor turned on the City’s Christmas tree which was brightly decorated.
