Jonny Walker, of JFR Concrete Repair and Waterproofing, scrapes the top layer of membrane off the upper parkade of Pioneer Waterfront Plaza. The upper level of parking is closed until the end of June, subject to weather conditions, for upgrades. The upper plaza remains open for public use and the Downtown Farmers’ Market each Friday.
