This is reportedly the third semi-trailer to crash on this turn between Hoskins Road and Gellatly Road on Highway 97.
The semi-trailer is unable to be moved and the area cleared until later in the day.

The northbound lanes on Highway 97 in West Kelowna have reopened after a semi-trailer crashed early Thursday morning.
According to DriveBC, the accident happened between Hoskins Road and Gellatly Road around 5 a.m. affecting a single land of northbound traffic.
The power was also temporarily knocked out in the area, but has since been restored.
DriveBC is urging drivers to watch for traffic control and slow down in the area.
