A semi has flipped on Highway 1 near Hope, causing traffic delays westbound.
The incident is near Flood Hope Road, and appears to be in a construction “cone zone.” The truck flipped so that it covers most of both lanes.
Traffic maps are already showing major delays in the area. There is no word on any injuries.
