A semi-truck ended up in a ditch on Jan. 17 about 20 kilometres east of Princeton on Highway 3.

Semi-truck in ditch close to Princeton

A semi-truck skidded off the road about 20 kilometres east of Princeton.

Two semi-trucks collided on Jan. 17 evening about 20 kilometres east of Princeton on Highway 3, causing one truck to skid into the ditch.

It remained in the ditch on Jan. 18 afternoon, while the other truck was towed away.

Neither driver was hurt, according to Princeton RCMP.

Roads have become more slippery due to snow falling throughout the night.

A travel advisory was issued at 11:30 a.m. for Allison Pass Summit to Sunday Summit along Highway 3 due to limited visibility with snow blowing.

Compact snow is also affecting driving along the highway.

Princeton residents woke up to more snow this morning. Flurries and light snow are predicted until next week, according to the Weather Network.
