A serious collision occurred late Tuesday afternoon in the area of George Ferguson Way and Clearbrook Road in Abbotsford.
Abbotsford Police Const. Ian MacDonald said four vehicles were involved, including a city bus, which sheared off a fire hydrant.
He said a female driver of one of the cars was the most seriously hurt, with non-life-threatening injuries.
The crash took place at about 5 p.m. Roads were blocked in the area, and traffic was re-routed.
