An Abbotsford hotel was evacuated early Saturday morning after a gun was fired in a ground-floor suite.
Abbotsford Police were called to the Best Western Bakerview Inn at 1821 Sumas Way at about 6:30 a.m. after a guest reported hearing a shot fired in the next-door suite.
The building was evacuated while police investigated.
Officers entered the ground-floor suite and were able to confirm that a shot had been fired. Nobody was in the room, and police did not find anybody injured.
The investigation is continuing.
