The Oct. 4 Sisters in Spirit event scheduled for Keremeos Hall has been postponed due to the recent deaths in the communities of Keremeos and Cawston, according to organizers.
“We are honouring and mourning with the family at this time,” said Leslie Fabriz, one of the event organizers, in a release. “Thank you for your understanding.”

Fabriz said the event will instead be held on Nov. 21, the location is to be announced at a closer date.
