A Langley man is in serious condition in hospital after being stabbed in a fight that broke out in an Aldergrove mobile home early Friday morning.
Around 1:40 a.m., Langley RCMP responded to a call from BC Ambulance Service regarding a stabbing at a residence at the Aldergrove Mobile Home Park in the 26800 block of Fraser Highway.
Police learned the dispute involved two men, one of whom had apparently stabbed the other.
The victim was air lifted to hospital where he remains in serious condition. His injuries are not expected to be life threatening, said Langley RCMP spokesperson Cpl. Patrick Davies.
The second male was arrested. He was treated for minor wounds and remains in police custody. A female was also arrested and is being interviewed, said Davies.
Langley Serious Crime has investigating.
All partied involved are known to each other.
“This assault is not believed to have any gang or drug connections and appears to be a localized dispute between individuals,” said Davies.
