CUPE Local 410 went to arbitration after talks crumbled Nov. 1 and members who work for the GVPL voted more than 85 per cent in favour of strike action the next day.
The new four-year agreement concludes the bargaining without job action.
Both bargaining teams plan to recommend support for the agreement; unionized employees have yet to ratify the agreement.
