A home on Highway 3 East was robbed and damaged while its owners were out of town, and Princeton RCMP are looking for a suspect.
According to Sergeant Barry Kennedy the break in occurred in the 1800 Block area, sometime before October 25.
“When the police got there the whole house had been ransacked,” said Kennedy. “There was damage to outbuildings and we still don’t have a list of everything that was taken.”
Kennedy said it was apparent that the culprit spent “considerable” time on the property.
An outdoor video surveillance captured pictures of someone, who is unknown to the homeowners, on the property.
“We would like to know if anybody knows who this is,” said Kennedy.
Anyone with information is asked to call RCMP at 250-295-6911.
