The Coast Capital Savings TeenFest event came to Abbotsford for the first time over the weekend.
The event was held Saturday at Abbotsford Centre, welcoming teens from ages 12 to 18 and their families.
The event included a teen talent contest; performances by teen musicians, singers and bands; sports and gaming activities; dance performers; and special guests.
There were also 80 booths and five different areas to explore.
TeenFest was started about five years ago in Victoria and has since expanded to include Vancouver, Surrey, Nanaimo and now Abbotsford. Visit teenfest.ca for more information.
