Two men face charges after alleged machete attack in Terrace, B.C.

Victim and two others had also alleged to have been bear sprayed at residence

Two men known to police with ties to organized crime have been charged in connection with an alleged machete attack that left a man suffering from a serious injury on October 18th.

Police were at the hospital on an unrelated matter when a man entered the building with injuries alleged to have been inflicted by a machete.

The injured man and two others had also been bear sprayed during the incident at a residence on the 4700 block of Loen Ave.

Investigation led police to arresting 23-year-old Darcy William at a residence on the 3900 block of Mist St. on October 19th.

He has been charged with Break and Enter and Commit Indictable Offence, Aggravated Assault, Assault with a Weapon x 3, Possessing a Weapon for a Dangerous Purpose.

Further investigation led police to arresting 27-year-old Darwyn Sellars at the same residence on Mist St. on October 25th.

He has been charged with Break and Enter and Commit an Indictable Offence, Aggravated Assault, Assault with a Weapon, Possessing a Weapon for a Dangerous Purpose, and Breach of Probation.
