Two more chance to speak with Parksville-Qualicum MLA

Final stops on summer constituency tour

Locals have two more chances to sit and have a chat with Parksville-Qualicum MLA Michelle Stilwell as her summer constituency tour comes to an end.

Stilwell launched the tour in July to meet with constituents in their communities and hear their thoughts and concerns about issues.

The last two stops will happen Aug. 29 at Nanoose Place Community Centre and at Courtyard Café in Qualicum Beach, Sept 5. The events run 2-4 p.m.

“It’s hard to believe my summer tour is almost over. It’s been such a pleasure to meet new people, see old friends and listen to what matters most to my constituents,” said MLA Stilwell. “I look forward to meeting more of my constituents at the next two stops and encourage people to come out and enjoy a cup of coffee with me.”

The tour has also included stops in Parksville, North Nanaimo and Lantzville.
