Northbound traffic on Highway 97 has been reduced to one lane following a two-vehicle collision in front of Ginza Ichibang at the top of Dragon Hill.

The Quesnel Fire Department, RCMP and an ambulance responded to the scene of the crash.

It appears a car rear-ended a truck.

The driver of the car was taken to hospital with what are believed to be non-life threatening injuries, according to Fire Chief Sylvain Gauthier. The driver and passenger in the truck appeared to be OK and gave statements to the RCMP.
