A crash that brought traffic to a halt on the Coquihalla earlier today has been cleared, according to Drive BC.
The Coquihalla Highway brought the traffic down to a single-lane traffic earlier this afternoon, as crews worked on an accident north of the Zopkios Brake Check. Drive BC warned drivers of heavy delays on Highway 5, and warned motorists to watch for road workers.

Twitter user Meghan Vallis stated there was a truck flipped in the northbound direction, and more than one accident was leading to delays.
@DriveBC a couple of accidents by exit 217 on high way 5. Northbound there is a truck flipped. Looks like it just happened. Traffic is building up. Southbound just cars on the side of the road. #coquihalla

Other Twitter users posted photos of trucks and cars on the side of the snowy highway. It was unclear whether these vehicles were involved in the ‘incident’ Drive BC is monitoring.
