UPDATE: Missing Maple Ridge man located

Tyler Anderson had been missing for several days.

A Maple Ridge man missing for two days has been located, according to Surrey RCMP.

Tyler Anderson, 29, was reported missing on Wednesday, May 1.

Surrey RCMP said Thursday he has been located and is safe.

“Thank you to the public, media, and our policing and community partners for their assistance,” said Sgt. Tyler Wickware.

Anderson had last seen at 10 p.m. on Monday night, in the 17700-block of 60th Avenue.

Police said family members were concerned for his health and well-being, adding it was out of character for him to be out of touch this long.

According to a Facebook post, Anderson hadn’t been seen since he left work and missed a flight for a family vacation.
