Delta Police is asking for the public’s help in finding a missing woman.

Chui Ching Ho, who is in her early 60s, has been missing from her home in North Delta since Dec. 21, according to a Delta Police press release Saturday (Dec. 22).

Police describe Ho as about five-foot-one, 125 lbs., with medium-length black/white hair and a “mole/birthmark on the right side of (her) mouth.”

“Her family is extremely concerned about her as she requires daily medication and this is extremely unusual behaviour,” says Cris Leykauf, spokesperson for Delta Police. “Police consider her disappearance high risk. She is not believed to be dressed to cope with the current low temperatures.”

Ho, according to police, speaks Cantonese with “some limited English.”

Police also said Ho’s family believes she may have travelled to Burns Bog. The release states that police have been searching the area, and surrounding neighbourhoods, since last night (Dec. 21).

Anyone who may have seen Chui Ching Ho since Dec. 21 is asked to contact Delta Police at 604-946-4411.
