Update:
A missing skier at Mt. Timothy Ski Area has been located.
South Cariboo Search and Rescue posted a notice early this morning saying “subject found all is well.”
We will have more information as it becomes available.

RCMP and Search and Rescue crews are on scene at Mt. Timothy Ski Area where a search is underway for a missing skier.
The man, believed to be in his 20s, was skiing alone.
Mt. Timothy Ski Patrol received a report in the afternoon of the missing skier and searched the hill until dark.
As of roughly 9 p.m. Saturday the South Cariboo Search and Rescue team was conducting calculated sweeps of the mountain on sleds and on snowshoes.
