The Abbotsford Police Department (APD) is asking for the public’s help to find a missing teen who has autism and functions at a much lower age than his own.
Police say Nakota Hinksman, 18, went missing at 3:20 a.m. on Tuesday (Jan. 26) from the area of Marshall and Clearbrook roads.
He is described as 5′ 11″ and heavy-set with short dark hair and brown eyes. He was wearing a dark-coloured pullover sweater and red shorts.
Police say Hinksman is a “very friendly young man.” Anyone who spots him is asked to call 911 or the APD at 604-859-5225 or to text 222973 (abbypd).
