UPDATE: Nanaimo RCMP report Sarah Duguay has been found safe and sound.
PREVIOUSLY POSTED: Police in Nanaimo are asking the public to help locate a woman they say may be with people who don’t have her best interests at heart.
According to a Nanaimo RCMP press release, Sarah Duguay, 38, has not been heard from or seen since Feb. 6, and was reported missing on Feb. 9. She stands 5-foot-3, weighs 130 pounds and has numerous tattoos on her lower back and abdomen. She may have her hair dyed purple and blue.
Duguay is of no fixed address and recently experienced some significant medical issues, the press release said. A friend has told investigators she may be associating with people who don’t have her best interests at heart and is extremely worried for her safety and well-being.
Anyone with information on Duguay’s whereabouts is asked to call the Nanaimo RCMP’s non-emergency line at 250-754-2345.
