A 49-year-old male was struck by a vehicle at the crosswalk on 2nd Avenue West and 3rd Street on Friday, Nov. 17.
The pedestrian was taken to the hospital with non-life threatening injuries and later released.
Police were called to the scene at 6:03 p.m. Sgt. Dave Uppal said that weather was a factor, and visibility was poor with darkness and a glare off the road. The incident is still under investigation.
