Update: Nanaimo RCMP report Joshua Yost has been found safe and sound.
Previously posted: Nanaimo RCMP are asking for help finding a young man who was dropped off at a mall in downtown Nanaimo and hasn’t been seen since.
Police noted in a press release that they are asking for the public’s help in trying to locate 21-year-old Joshua Yost.
Yost was dropped off at London Drugs at Port Place shopping centre Oct. 30. At the time, he was wearing a long, faded purple jacket, black pants and a black ball cap.
“Yost has significant medical issues which require daily medication. As a result, his family and support network are extremely concerned for his safety and well-being,” noted the press release.
Anyone with information is asked to call the Nanaimo RCMP’s non-emergency line at 250-754-2345 and quote file No. 2020-40258.
