Update:
City crews identified a second water main break in the Hodgson Road area Monday Jan. 11, after they repressured and repaired a break discovered the day before.
Currently, the city is continues to ask affected residents to limit water use to personal hygiene and cooking only.
“Crews will continue to work on this second break but are unable to ensure it will be repaired today,” said Pat Mahood, manager of public works Monday. “Limiting water use will assist the Woodland Drive reservoir to continue to provide some water to affected areas.”
Some properties in higher areas may be already experiencing lower or no water pressure, he added, noting the areas impacted include customers in the Westridge and golf course subdivisions, Terra Ridge and along Wotzke Drive and Hodgson Road.

A water main break has left some customers without water in Williams Lake.
Crews are on scene Monday, Jan. 11 at Hodgson Road in the 300 block.
Terra Ridge resident Terry Shepherd said the whole complex has been without water since 3 p.m. Sunday.
The city manager of public works Pat Mahood told the Tribune residents living in the Westridge and golf course area are being asked to conserve water.

Mahood said later Monday the water break is depleting the Woodland Drive reservoir and will affect properties in the Westridge and Golf Course subdivisions.
An estimated time for the repair work to be completed is not known at this time.
