Boxing Day is going to see the region get hit with another snow storm.
Environment Canada sent out a special alert at 10:43 p.m. on Christmas that snow would begin in the mainland coast overnight and head to the Fraser Valley by noon.
Across the Lower Mainland, accumulations will be limited to two to four centimetres, however higher elevations will see 20 centimetres.
“Further inland, snow will begin later Monday morning or near noon giving 10 to 15 cm to the Fraser Valley before changing to rain Monday night,” the Environment Canada alert says.
