Mission Fire Rescue Services have confirmed that Stave Lake Street has reopened after two small electrical fires and a downed power line forced a closure early Monday morning.
The fires were both limited to the electrical systems of the houses and no major structural damage has been reported at this time.
Stave Lake Street was closed, between 7th Ave. and 5th Ave., for most of the morning. The alleys off of 7th Ave. running Westbound between 5th and 7th Avenues are still closed as BC Hydro crews will need to make some significant repairs.
