  • Dec. 1, 2019 12:00 a.m.

The Fraser Valley could see snow on the ground as early as Sunday afternoon, according to Environment Canada.

The agency issued a snow warning Sunday, stating parts of the region could see five to 10 centimetres of snow come by Monday morning.

About five centimetres are expected to fall Sunday night, with another two to four centimetres expected Monday morning.

But the snowfall could be gone by Monday afternoon, the agency noted, as warm moist air and rain return to the area.
