UPDATED: Body of missing man found, death not suspicious, says West Shore RCMP

Man left Langford in a 2011 white Ford van on Feb. 29

The body of man missing since March 2 was found in Victoria two days later, according to West Shore RCMP.

Police say the cause of death is not considered suspicious at this time and the BC Coroners Service is involved in the investigation.

On March 3, West Shore RCMP asked for the public’s help to find Raymond Begin, 63, who was believed to be travelling from Langford to Duncan.

Begin was last heard from on Feb. 29 and reported missing by his family, who were concerned for this well-being and safety. Police did not suspect foul play.
