Matthew Dunning is six-foot with brown hair and eyes, and a distinctive chin scar

Missing man Matthew Dunning has been located safe, according to the Victoria Police Department.

Dunning was the subject of a missing person alert on Tuesday.

VicPD said Dunning was reported missing after not being seen for several weeks. He was located by officers and is safe.
