One man was arrested after a multi-vehicle crash that knocked out power to part of Langley on Saturday afternoon.
The crash took place at 62nd Ave & 203rd Street at around 3:30 p.m.
A Chevrolet Colorado pickup was attempting to make a left turn when a Ford Taurus tried to pass the pickup on its left.
As the Colorado was starting to turn, the Taurus hit the left front end of the pickup.
The Taurus then smashed into two power poles before finally coming to a stop.
The three men inside the Taurus fled the scene.
A semi-truck also went off the road during the crash.
Police attended to the driver of the Colorado, while others attempted to track down the men from inside the Taurus, said Cpl. Holly Largy, spokesperson for the Langley RCMP.
One man was found by officers from the Integrated Road Safety Unit (IRSU).
The others are still being sought. It’s unknown which man was driving at this time.
“The investigation is ongoing,” said Largy.
