A 47-year-old Langley man was transported to hospital with what were described as minor injuries after his pickup truck flipped over on 204 Street near 62 avenue around 7:30 a.m.
Multiple police, fire and ambulance crews arrived to find the man had managed to extricate himself.
He told police he had just purchased new all-season tires for his truck.
Witnesses told police the pickup hopped the curb and rolled at the entrance to a parking lot on the west side of 204.
A ticket for crossing a solid line was issued by RCMP.
