Comox Valley RCMP are on-scene at a residence on the 1700 block of Arden Road in Courtenay. The entire block has been cordoned off and crime scene tape surrounds the residence at 1775 Arden Road. RCMP have been at the scene since 12:30 a.m. Friday morning. The Record has a reporter at the scene and we will update with any developments.
