More than 30 customers on Quadra Island spent Tuesday night without power, according to BC Hydro.
The company’s website said the outage began on Tuesday evening at 8:06 p.m. and affected 33 customers.
Power was restored by 8:24 a.m. on Wednesday, and the cause of the outage was an “equipment failure,” according to BC Hydro’s website.
An online map indicated that most of Cedar Dr. was affected by the outage, along with Spruce Pl., Alder Pl. and Arbutus Rd.
