Donald Wayne Briggs is found guilty of causing fear of injury or damage by another person in Fort Fraser on July 9. He is fined $500 with a promise to be on good behaviour for nine months.

Alfred Jones David is found guilty of controlling a vehicle with with alcohol content over the legal limit in Vanderhoof on Aug. 16, 2015. He is fined $1,000 and prohibited from driving for a year.

Aaron James Duncan is found guilty of theft worth $5,000 or under and bail violations in Vanderhoof on July 24. He is jailed for 45 days.

Dene Raymond Gauchier is charged for assault in Vanderhoof on Dec. 21, 2015. He will be tried in Vanderhoof Law Courts on Oct. 25.

Carla Marie Holland and Scott Daniel Rosner is charged for theft worth $5,000 or under in Vanderhoof on Dec. 28, 2015. They will be tried in Vanderhoof Law Courts on March 29.

Arlene Agnes Joseph is found guilty of theft worth $5,000 or under in Vanderhoof on Aug. 21. She is sentenced to probation order for 12 months.

Brandon Lee David is found guilty of causing another person’s fear of injury or damage in Vanderhoof on Oct. 31, 2015. He is fined $500 with a promise to be on good behaviour for six months.

Davison Wetzel is charged with four counts of assault with and without a weapon on July 1, forcible confinement without lawful authority, mischief involving property worth $5,000 or under, and uttering threats to burn, destroy, or damage in Vanderhoof on Aug. 12. He will have his first appearance in Vanderhoof Law Courts on Oct. 24.

Richard Borne is charged for careless use or storage of firearm and possessing an unauthorized firearm in Vanderhoof on Dec. 20, 2012. He will be tried in Vanderhoof Law Courts on May 23.
