He was also found guilty of resisting a peace officer and was served with a one year suspended sentence and a one year probation order with conditions. He was also ordered to pay a second victim surcharge of $50.
Len A. Buchanan was found guilty of uttering threats and was served with a one year probation order with conditions and a one year conditional discharge.
Kyle A. Lane was found guilty of mischief and served with a one year suspended sentence and one year probation order with conditions. He was also ordered to pay a victim surcharge of $50.
