Adrian Scott Coulter is found guilty of causing in another person fear of injury or damage in Fort St. James on Oct. 29. He is fined $500 with promised to be on good behaviour for a year.
Miranda Lee Free is charged for committing theft valued at $5,000 or under in Fort St. James on Jan. 5. She will be in Fort St. James Provincial Court for her first appearance on Feb. 27.
Maybeline Amelia John is charged for committing assault with a weapon, assault, and mischief involving property worth $5,000 or under in Fort St. James on Sept. 11. She is issued a bench warrant for failing to appear in Fort St. James Provincial Court on Nov. 28.
Thomas David Joseph Turcotte is found not guilty of committing assault causing bodily harm in Vanderhoof on July 11, 2015.
Richard Borne is charged for the careless use or storage, as well as unauthorized possession, of a firearm in Vanderhoof on Dec. 20, 2012. He will will be tried in Vanderhoof Law Courts on May 23.
Chad Richard Harris is charged for driving while driver’s license is suspended in Fort Fraser on July 18 and Aug. 25. He will be tried in Fraser Lake Provincial Court on Jan. 3.
Jagger James Hurry is found guilty of possession of controlled substances in Vanderhoof on Nov. 6. He received a conditional sentence for 30 days.
