A list of Vanderhoof and Fort St. James cases that have a first appearance, or a trial scheduled or ended, in chronological order of hearing in law courts of the area:

 

Leslie James Glynn Goertz is found guilty of storing firearms contrary to regulation in Fort Fraser on March 26. He is sentenced to six months of probation order and conditional discharge, and is prohibited from firearms for two years.

Ronald Paul Konowalchuk is found guilty of assault causing bodily harm in Fraser Lake on March 25. He received a conditional sentence of 10 months, probation order of 12 months, and prohibited from firearms for two years.

Mikel Seth Scopes is found guilty of uttering threats in Fraser Lake on March 7. He is sentenced to 12 months of conditional discharge and probation order.

Tod Willis Beeton is found guilty of assault in Fort St. James on Nov. 29, 2009. He received 18 months of probation order and suspended sentence.

Darwin Lee Felix is charged for assault in Fort St. James on Oct. 30. He will be Fort St. James Provincial Court for his first appearance on Dec. 5.

Warren Finnboganson is charged for assault in Fort St. James on Sept. 8. He will be in Fort St. James Provincial Court for this first appearance on Nov. 28.

Brent Michael Guillet is found guilty of mischief involving property worth $5,000 or under in Fort St. James on Sept. 28. He is jailed for seven days, with probation order for two years.

Stuart Dwayne Millard is charged for assault, attempting to choke to overcome resistance, and wilfully resisting or obstructing a peace officer in Fort St. James on Oct. 28. He will be in Fort St. James Provincial Court for his first appearance on Dec. 5.

Joseph Michael Prince is charged for driving while prohibited from doing so in Fort St. James on Oct. 22. He is issued a bench warrant for failing to appear in court on Nov. 1.

Thomas Kaylan Frank Duncan is found guilty of mischief in Fort St. James on Sept. 21. He is jailed for 49 days, with probation order for 12 months.

Scott Stanley Schielke is found guilty of committing assault with a weapon on Dec. 8, 2015 and assault on Oct. 12 in Fort St. James. He is jailed for 27 days with probation order for 12 months, and is prohibited from firearms for 10 years.

David Kelly Isaac is charged for uttering threats in Fraser Lake on Aug. 12. He will be tried in Fraser Lake Provincial court on March 6.
