Blaine Wilson John is found guilty of uttering threats to cause death or bodily harm, and wilfully resisting or obstructing a peace officer in Fort St. James on Aug. 20. He is sentenced to jail for 42 days and probation order for a year.

Raphael John Joseph is charged for assault with a weapon and possessing weapon for a dangerous purpose in Fort St. James on Sept. 30 last year. He will be tried in Fort St. James Provincial Court on Jan. 31 and Feb. 9.

David Ponte is charged for production of controlled substances, attempting to choke to overcome resistance, assault, forcible confinement without lawful authority, and uttering threats to cause death of bodily harm in Fraser Lake on March 27. He will be tried in Fraser Lake Provincial Court on March 6 and Vanderhoof Law Courts on April 11.

William Lionel Traverse is charged for uttering threats to cause death or bodily harm in Fort St. James on Nov. 19, 2014. His trial continues in Fort St. James Provincial Court on Jan. 31.

Tanya Catherine Joseph is found guilty of possessing controlled substances in Fort St. James on Sept. 10 last year. She is fined $100.

Sydney Juliet Prince is found guilty of theft valued at $5,000 or under on July 19 and assaulting a peace officer on Aug. 24 in Fort St. James. She is sentenced to 12 months of probation order.

Francis Henry Thomas is found guilty of assaulting a peace officer in Fort St. James on June 30. He is sentenced to jail for 27 days.
