On Saturday night. September 10, five drivers had the vehicles they were driving impounded for being impaired. Four 90-day impoundments were issued and one 30-day impoundment.

On September 12 during the evening, another driver was found to be impaired.

The same evening a single-vehicle rollover was reported on Highway 16 east. The driver was taken to hospital with injuries where police asked for a blood sample to test for intoxication.

At around 3 a.m on September 10, police were called out to a residence on Holmes  Road at Stoney Creek reserve. A residence on the road was on fire. The fire was suspicious and the RCMP have started an arson investigation. No one was living in the residence at the time but it had been recently renovated.

On September 15 at 8 a.m., police received a complaint that a motocross bike had been stolen from a yard on Vanderview Drive.

The bike is described as a 2010 orange KTM 300.
