A vehicle that collided with a motorcycle left the scene of the collision, Friday at the intersection of 18th and Fitzgerald in Courtenay.
Several emergency personnel tended to the man on the motorcycle. They strapped him to a stretcher and loaded him into ambulance.
The accident occurred around 3:15 p.m. Friday.
