Young man walks away uninjured after crash leaves him dangling over steep rock embankment

One young man is lucky to be alive after a crash left him dangling over a 50 foot rock embankment.

The early morning accident occurred on Eagle Mountain Drive around 4:30 a.m. on Dec. 11. Black ice is believed to be a factor.

The vehicle the man was driving slammed into a large tree and chain-link fence adjacent to the road. The only thing preventing him from plummeting down the steep rock embankment was the fence which cradled his car and stopped it from rolling.

The man walked away with no injuries.
