A pickup truck flipped over on 204 Street near 62 Avenue around 7:30 a.m. in Langley.
One witness, who asked not to be named, said it appeared the truck hopped the curb and hit a large decorative rock at the entrance to the parking lot for some businesses on the west side of 204.
There was no immediate report of injuries.
Traffic was congested while police, fire and ambulance crews were at the scene.
