There are major delays this afternoon on Highway 17 in Delta after a truck driving westbound drove over the barrier.
A witness from the scene says it happened at about 12:30 p.m., at the end of Norum Road near Delview Creek, and that the driver appeared to be OK.
Emergency crews are on scene and drivers are told to expect delays.
