The passenger, a 20-year old man, was released by police on a Promise to Appear. The driver was released without charges.
“This is excellent work done by one of our general duty officers. Getting drugs off the street and keeping our community safe is a priority for us in the West Shore,” said Const. Nancy Saggar, West Shore RCMP media relations officer, in a release.
Neither of the occupants were West Shore residents.
